Enhancing public spaces with a durable natural edged path for Cheltenham Borough Council

Greenfields Ltd partnered with Cheltenham Borough Council to construct a high-quality natural-edged path designed for year-round durability and community use. Built using a compacted quarried Type-1 sub-base and finished with Deansett self-binding gravel, the pathway provides a robust yet sympathetic surface that blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. As part of the works, our team also formed earth bunds and installed new swales to improve surface water management, contributing to sustainable drainage and delivering lasting benefits for the local community.
